If you are not satisfied with our furniture assembly service, please contact Serenearomalight within 48 hours of service completion. We will work to address any concerns and ensure your satisfaction.
If there are issues with the assembly work performed by Serenearomalight, we will return to correct the problem at no additional charge, provided the issue is reported within 48 hours.
This return policy applies to assembly work performed by Serenearomalight. It does not cover pre-existing damage, manufacturer defects, missing parts from the furniture package, or damage caused after assembly completion.
Refunds for assembly services are considered on a case-by-case basis. If Serenearomalight is unable to resolve service issues to your satisfaction, we will discuss refund options.

Service correction requests must be made within 48 hours of service completion. Serenearomalight will schedule corrections as soon as possible, typically within 5 business days.
Serenearomalight provides assembly services only. Returns of furniture items themselves must be handled through the retailer or manufacturer from which the furniture was purchased.
